An executive recruiter is working for a Global broad-based health care company devoted to discovering new medicines, new technologies and new ways to manage health. Its products span the continuum of care, from nutritional products and labotary diagnostics through medical devices and pharmaceutical therapies.
Attached to the Global Marketing Director Oncology and based in US but necessitates a presence in Europe.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify, map, and broadly communicate key market and competitive issues.
- Define the product profile and commercial opportunity for each compound.
- Ensure clinical development plans meet commercial objectives.
- Develop publication and congress plans.
- Develop relationships with key opinion leaders in oncology.
- Develop marketing materials to support disease areas, as necessary.
- Provide necessary information to prepare development plans and update them.
- Develop commercialization plans and provide commercial support for proposed business development opportunities.
- Provide business rationale for in-licensing opportunities through the portfolio analysis project and senior management updates.
Qualification and Skills:
Minimum 7/8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry. Knowledge of Oncology field will be a plus. Expertise in commercial development, able to work with a variety of stakeholders, excellent communication skills. English is essential and one or many European languages will be appreciated.
